Hello All. If you are spending too much time emailingall policy ownersat one time about training, best practices, policies past due, etc, there is now an easier way that reducesthe number of steps required to generate the list of policy owner email addresses. The policy owner’s email address is now included in the Admin Console’sActive Policies, Policies Due for Review, and Pending Policies reports’ CSV download. Export any of these reports to get a list all email addresses for respective policy owners!

Thanks Gabe, I was not aware. My plan was to send outgroup email via outlook, bcc, easier to send both Owners and Approvers one email reminder stating that documents arepending approval, and if concerns can reach out to me personally. Iwill enter the idea, fingers crossed for votes!
